Homeownership Services

The Family Community Housing Association & Development Corporation provided a newly renovated home located in Macon, Georgia through the Fannie Mae Community First Program. The program is designed to assist nonprofit organizations with the opportunity to acquire bank owned properties in low-income neighborhoods and communities.

The home was newly renovated and sold to an 82-year-old grandmother and her grandson who are both receiving governmental assistance.
